Hi all,

I need help! I've been very busy lately, especially with Christmas and New Years just around the corner, that I haven't been able to clean my home. Does anyone know a company offering good and affordable cleaning prices? I need someone reliable because I've been cancelled on too many times and don't want to go through it again. Any suggestions??

Thanks!

It all depends what you need to be cleaned. There are many companies, which offer cleaning services. Some are more specialised in providing just a few specific services, and others offer everything you can think of. For instance, I recently wanted to clean my gutters, and after some research I went for http://www.paulsguttercleaningsydney.com.au/ , because they turned out to be preferred by many of my neighbours and have lots of experience when it comes to cleaning gutters. But since you need your home cleaned for Christmas, you should look for companies which offer things like kitchen cleaning or cleaning for the entire home, depending what you need. You can also ask around your friends and family, I'm sure someone will be able to recommend a local company fit for the job. The cancellations around the holidays are a very common practice, so I don't think there's something that can be done about it.

Hey mwatkins01,

Hope that everything is going well and you are coping with your busy schedule. I think that your modesty is great and will help you to keep on going through any stress that you have in the future.

I could not figure out where you live so I can not recommend a cleaner that I know in your area.

But here are some tips that I think can help:

- Make sure that if they provide a quote, it is written. Also, double check that there is no extra charges or fees.

- In my own experience, I have found that a local cleaning business (eg. www.cleanmywindows.com.au) is better than a large National business.

- Ensure that your communication is clear between you and the cleaners so that there are no misunderstandings.

Hope that helps.

I myself am looking for a cleaner for my bathroom as I"ve been busy with the holidays with the family.
Can anyone recommend me a nanny or baby sitter to help me out in house cleaning and watching the kids when I'm not at home?
I was hoping I could find one here in the forums.
Thank you.
